I can't for the life of me find where I got the 300g from, it may have been the guy at the AD that told me; and it may not be that much but it was definiteley a lot heavier than my Aerospace.
It must have been head AND bracelet if it was that much. I think the X-33 head alone weighs about the same as the Aerospace on its bracelet.

I'm not doing very well with my numbers tonight... ...

    The X-33 is 100ft WR not 100M.

Sorry; I'll quit while I'm behind.

    I tried pam 285 (titanium,2500m wr,47mm diameter,20mm thickness) but it’s “only” 180ish grams,that’s almost double the weight

    Edit,I’ve tried a platinum 47mm that weighs around 350 grams....definitely too heavy,except if you’re looking for a portable hand-mounted gym equipment
My SM300 is 165 grams on the bracelet. Pretty sure that’s the heaviest I own. And it’s steel.

This says less than 60 grams for the one on the NATO:

175 grams is probably the heaviest I'd go. Having owned 300 gram behemoths in the past, I'm in no hurry to repeat myself.

Breitling has a model that is very close to these, but I don’t remember what it is. I do know it was very light even on the bracelet because it is titanium.

I’ve considered the Omega, but some of the G-Shocks offer more features for the money and are far more durable. Check out the Master of G series.
