    Truly awful. Sounds like the area is well known for aggressive shark activity, we can only hope more don't meet the same fate.

    Very sad indeed. However, more people die every year from beestings, so do bear that in mind; sharks have a very unfair rep.

    Agreed. This is not the shark's fault, I don't see how that could be argued.

    But tragic nonetheless.

    It's an unfair comparison. No one is allergic to sharks.

    Shark is in the same class as tuna and salmon, etc, no? Surely plenty of people are allergic to shark.

    That said, I don't think bees and sharks are a fair comparison. Horrific combination though!
