Well fellow members I bought a tat lot of old quartz Seiko ..wanted a Seiko sq bracelet that was on one of the watches so any way I took a look and have clean them all up a couple might need new crystal but got to see if I can get them working first ..hence this thread as wonder on battery's needed for them as they had no battery in them so could not swap like for like.
First is a Seiko quartz sq 100.. 8123-6150...
now this model and another one well to be honest all four I had (3 Seiko one citizen) does not seem to have the bar's for holding the battery in place but looking at them this seems like the design ... I got the citizen working but it stops and starts so got to look closer on this as could be the battery needs to be a different size ag4 used but maybe ag1 might work better)
Any way back to the sq well what battery does it take do you know ?
As always Ismy
p.s might keep thread for all four of them and maybe others I need help with

Paragraph 8.2 'Silver oxide and alkaline cells' - About half way down the page. Gives all models and alternative numbers:
yes was going to get 3 of the 371 to try as they come in handy if does not fit sure as I say the 5y23 am working on and the 7122-5010 look the same then the other one looks different just seems strange as one looks slightly different and the battery just seem to sit there and not be secured the 6110 g05378 seem to do just that and then the back cover holds in place by the look of it as can't see any missing or broken holders on it ..but it's a bit shot as date only manually changes so and was starting and stopping but have tried a ag1 to see if it fixes that
just debating whether to chuck it on the bay or just keep the strap and wait to do a head joblot later at some point mean not like am going to need a two tone gold and silver bracelet with citizen on the clasp is it and it will help sell the watch if any one need a new bracelet as have fixed it up clean and repair and replace the parts so like brand new all most and the case is in fair con for a swap out so yeah think this one is going the bay

Seiko citizen 6110-go5375 should take a ag1 or ag4 battery both fit and work ?
seiko quartz 5y23 -7080 should tale a 371 battery
seiko quartz 7122-5010 should take a 390 battery
and all are shot in some way either no response from it or the second hands just quivers but does not move
citizen quartz 6110-go5375 and seiko quartz 5y23 -7080 .
