    Smiths Showcase: lets see them!

Veterans of a certain other forum will remember a thread I started, Show off your Smiths
Owning two myself, and growing up just miles from the Smiths factory, I was keen to learn about the history of this great British make, and also see and share our Smiths watches (and clocks, and pocket watches!)
Seeing Matt's recent bargain find, and Fantasio and Man of Kent's contributions to the Your Dad's Watch thread encouraged me to continue that mission over here.
To give you a flavour of what has gone before:

(Because of the sheer volume and range of contributions I've linked back to this, with Geoff's blessing. *Lots* of great watches and info)
So come on, show us your Smiths!

I had one of the Eddie Platts field watch reissues but sadly that's long gone.

Thanks. I was incredibly pleased with the purchase. It came in under $50.

I love your black dialed Smiths "jeweled" btw.

I would really like to find one of these.

That's the one my Dad wears! Cracking watch. The blue dial changes colour constantly.

    Well there's these two:

    Then there's a couple more:

The big clock is a Smiths Empire and was a standard issue Royal Navy ships clock. The two smaller clocks are a 36 hour and eight day Instrument panel clock which would have been fitted to single engined RAF day fighters between 1940 and 1942.
