Does the full moon disturb your sleep?
The puppy was restless last night and therefor I was too. Tomorrow may be worse.

Me too, living in a house with double glazing and 18inch thick stone walls helps
But once I’m out I’m out til morning.

It doesn't have to be channelled through a pet to affect me.
A conversation between my driving instructor and myself a few years ago:
Me: *stares bluntly through the windscreen, slow reactions, etc*
DI: What's up with you?
Me: Didn't sleep well, full moon.
DI: Why would the full moon disturb your sleep?
Me: I'm a werewolf.
DI: Oh my god. *shuts up and stares through the windscreen for a while, too, to process what she's just heard*

I need very thick curtains But then, I also need earplugs. I think too much when I sleep and I need sensory deprivation.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.
