Ah, springtime in the Midwest...we are expecting 5-8” of snow today.
The tulips and other flowers that have already bloomed are in for a shock.

No, it’s quite unusual. A few flurries wouldn’t be out of line, even in early May, but a storm like this? Quite abnormal.

@mlcor, April snow is unusual here also. It would be very strange to shovel snow out of the way so the grass could be mowed.
