    For what it's worth I think a brown strap would work even better, bring out the warmth of the dial.

    At least that's what I've been doing to that watch in my daydreams

    I was half thinking I'd wear the SARB035 again today, but then the Archimede called to me from the watch box this morning. So comfortable and solid looking on the Stowa strap and proving to be pleasingly accurate too (about +1.6s/day)

    I tend to agree. Looks great on the black, but a warm brown strap would be great with jeans

    I have brown straps. I will try some tomorrow, just for you. The silver dial does have just the slightest bit of golden patina starting, so let's see how it looks on brown.
