    Regarding the insomnia, I suffer occasionally as well.

    Melatonin helps me, I assume you've tried something that simple?

    My Doc gave me something, but I try to avoid 'sleep inductors' (or whatever these things are) as much as I can. I'll get over it, eventually.

    Melatonin is naturally occurring with no side effects, you might give it a try. Perhaps start with 2 or 3 mg. Now go to sleep!

    Kath's old Seamaster from the early 60s... maybe my birth year but it doesn't matter whether is or isn't.
