NASA and clocks
So, if a quartz watch would be off by a millisecond after six weeks, causing a 300km error in navigation, that means an ETA movement regulated to COSC standards would be off by, err, a planet or two...

its precision only changing by one second every 10 million years.
Surely if this is known, you should be able to compensate for it
