Where do you buy most of your watches?

Looking at your current collection today where are you purchasing your watches the most?

    Sales forums
    Grey market dealers
    Authorized dealers & forum sponsors
    Manufacturer’s website
    Other

I've used grey market dealers in the past but my current collection today is mostly from an AD or forum sponsor.

    What about you? Please vote.
    Cheers,

Grey market, AD (well, the manufacturer) and .... another
    O
I have recently stopped buying from ‘another’ forever more, because there are too many scam sellers on there. (C24). Never, never again.

    Forum sponsors?

Looking at my three watches, two came from authorised dealers, one direct from the maker (or designer/proprietor).

In the past, they’ve come from just about everywhere, including grey dealers, used watch dealers and sales forums.

Most of mine are purchased used from forum sellers.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

I get mine from this guy:

Alright, alright. I’ve bought gray market in the past, but lately it’s been through my local AD (some new, some used). Although he’s gotten me some pieces that are brands he doesn’t represent through other ADs. Sort of semi-gray market, but not really since if there’s an issue he sends it back to the manufacturer through his AD contact.

I know an AD like that. Some of these AD's work together to buy sell and trade to others. Good way to develop the relationship with the AD and get those hard to find pieces.
