    Have a great Sunday my IWL fam..
    Had a couple of really tough week.. and i really glad to join today WRUW..

    Been running the CW for 17 days, 24 - 25 half turns each morning to top up. Gained 38 seconds , guessing would be less if worn more , and perhaps when worn in too. Still wondering on the reserve , says 5 days

    I'm very happy with my new Hammy's results, too -- didn't seem that good when on the timegrapher but it does less than +2spd when worn.
