I've been on a bit of a MBTI kick lately, and have read a lot about different personality types and their differences. Got me thinking, is there a MBTI-lean in our community? Are more WIS INTPs like me? Or are they mostly ESTJs? Or just randomly distributed? Hence this poll.

One of the problems with these tests is that they tend to magnify changes in traits - the subjective perspective of the person taking the test gets reflected back as an objective estimation. Hence everyone going, oh yes, that's me exactly - because it's a portrait of our self perception, not our reality.

In this instance it's decided I'm an extravert (which is ludicrous) merely because I'm not as introverted as I once was and am relatively more interested in being empathetic than I once was. Since this is a recent development I'm more preoccupied by it than I might be, but the test is carving that trend in stone.

Came up as ESTP-A, which is different from the last time I did this when I was ENTJ-A, my percentages are quite low across the board though, which probably means I underestimate how much of an arse I really am.

For what it's worth, I took the same test a year ago and also got ISTJ, though a bit less heavy on the introversion back then. Maybe I'm just feeling anti-social these days.
