    well basically the Toddbrook Reservoir ( dam ) is possible going to fail and flood the town of whaley bridge mean the dams been around feeding the canal since the 1800's but with the heavy rain has cause part of the cement slabs to shift and come away weakening the one outer side because of it being an earth dam with clay one side then compacted earth then slabs seal together .
