    Yikes, although that would awesome if it could be restored. What a story that would tell.
    Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

    I only have one brass watch on courtesy of mlcor..
    i clean it up with toothpaste and small brush when i got it 1,5 years ago..and let it naturally develop surface patina ever since.. it look much darker indoor..
    someday i might try bronze watch just to check how differ it is from brass..
