Lovely touch. So what if you never use them.... It's a personalized thing from them to you, and that makes it special.
Not quite in the same league; but shortly after I purchased my Aerospace from Torneau, I got a package in the post (back at home) from them with a Breitling baseball cap in it - totally unexpected, and totally chuffed because they didn't have to do that. Those are the 'little touches' that make all the difference when buying, not just watches, but anything. It makes you feel a bit special, rather than just another (monetary) deposit in their bank accounts.
