    Ah, i did not know that, i always tought it was a ETA-clone. You can buy the case without a movement, and i have read somewhere (not sure where, i'm reading up on these watches right now...) that you can put a 2824 in the case...

    Probably Miyota but that is because I would be modifying the watch more then likely and the DG movement especially lately has an extremely tricky keyless works.

    i had a few Chinese watches that used this Miyota, and they all had a noisy rotor, wich bugged me...Perhaps they fixed this, i don't know, cos it was some years a go now. I think i would opt to buy one watch with the DG in it, just to check it out. If it also has a gritty rotor, the next one(s?) will be with the Miyota...

    Honestly I wasn't going to be modifying it I would buy the DG. The process from talking to others with regards to the DG and modifying seems to be disassemble, reassemble, find out it won't reset right, remove reset keyless works, try again and repeat until it works.

    am leaning towards the dg2813 worked it out to £75.43 all in which ant bad at all

    I had a couple of Sea Gulls that were not too back, but the other stuff I have seen is really clinky...
