    Raketa: Soviet past, cool present

Raketa reinvented: time for a thread celebrating this always innovative brand

A recent reissue, of the Raketa Copernicus watch, got me thinking about just how innovative this brand has always been

The Copernicus, great 24hr watches, the Big Zero - watches that still look futuristic decades after their original design

A guy on the other side’s Russian forum had a Raketa collection of over 1300 watches, and the brand has avoided the fade into obscurity of many Russian marques, thanks to a French designer breathing new life into the classics

    and of course, Miss Raketa

So, here’s a thread dedicated to Raketa past and present! Enjoy!
It's the final countdown! PM me before they're all gone!

    Avant Garde

    Russian Code
note those numbers, reflecting an anti-clockwise universe!

Pics, and an interesting read from UK distributors Page & Cooper
    https://www.pageandcooper.com/blog/r...watch-factory/

They note the news that some Swiss brands, unable to source ETA movements, are now using Raketa in their watches!
