I think it's fine. They always look bigger from that angle.

Very cool. He is, after all, as much a clockmaker as a watchmaker. I've alway liked some of his more unique retrograde designs like that one. Also his jump hour model.

The size is OK, you're just making excuses to keep yourself from buying it.

I agree. I would still like to add another one of his pieces to my collection.

I like this design. Where did you find the photo? I can't find any mention of the watch on his website. (I would very much enjoy owning one of his watches... especially the art deco, alas unobtainium; but these are nice too. The moon phase is kinda cool as well.)
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Henry linked the article in the OP
I liked that one Tribe had, is that the Art Deco one?
I'm not sure on the current range, I've asked a couple of times for the price list, what's available isn't instantly knowable (to me at least) - frustrated slightly.

Ahh... duh. I am going stupider it seems. Thanks for the link pointer. I know mlcor has an Art Deco, and maybe it's Alan who had one also? Indeed Rainer's methods are a bit inscrutable.
(Edit - I suppose it would help if I read German. Google Translate to the rescue.)

It's the Trio retrograde and it is still available, but not in the 33 cm size.
