Another day of not being able to use the Windows 10 photo viewer 'enhance' tool ( it's stopped working on TWO computers recently , probably an update has killed it - must speak to microsoft)

Every time Microsoft decides for an update on the Windows 10 photo viewer, it looses some functionalities and adds a few bugs. 
I followed Mr Henry Krinkle's advice and downloaded the ON 1 Effects (free version). Works pretty well.
