    Spring

    School is over
    No lessons or homeworks.

Just the blue ribbon of sky as a roof,

A grass pillow , and a prairie as carpet

..and the revery with a faithfull friend...

And the Spring spirit is somewhere between these pictures of Léa...

Léa is my youngest daughter , she's only 12 years old.

I can't resist to post her vision of Spring.
It's been a great pleasure for me to discover these pictures , and now to share.

    What about yours ?

    Great photos Birdynamnam!

A few poor, smartphone spring shots, I took recently..

Great to see the green starting to come back and the 'hazy' sunshine

And my daughter Layla..10 and so much energy

Canadian spring: on the first day, when temperature reaches 0C you most likely to see 3-4 guys walking down the street wearing winter jacket, shorts and sandals (Croks?). Girls are more sensible to cold: you have to wait till about +5C, before you see groups of drunk girls climbing over snow banks in very short dresses with no sleeves and snow boots, just kidding - nice shiny stilettos! Sorry, no pictures, didn't wanna get punch in the face.

    birdynamnam, beautiful pictures!

I might make it up to the roof today. Loving in the city, there isn't much nature to spend time in, hence that little river. It's off a somewhat famous road (and one that has claimed many lives) called Kelly Drive. I love to go drive it very aggressively, then find an emptyish area to park, and just enjoy being near the water.

There are parks where I grew up that are very nice, but I rarely have the time to visit there anymore.
