    I'll continue with the Rolex SDc 116600 this morning. It's a great watch but the 16660 gives it a run for his $ IMHO

    Thank you, no the anchor does not keep time. It spins freely. There is a 1970s Rado Diastar chronograph where the seconds hand is an anchor. When the anchor logo was introduced Rado pretended that it was a service indicator. If the anchor doesn't spin time for a COA, but that claim is dubious at best.
