The local street cat rescue organization, which is where Austin came from, has not been able to have it's normal fundraiser due to the apocalypse. Instead they had an online fundraiser, $15 and a photo of your pet gets you a badly drawn portrait of said pet. I am utterly delighted with the results.

So when we adopted Maya last month she was guessed to be a lab mix. We just completed a DNA test on her, and they weren’t even close. Doesn’t change anything of course, but just interesting to see what she really (most likely) is. My wife did guess she had some bulldog in her based on her stance. Schnauzer throws me off though.

Purebred American mutts are the best dogs. I like that she's 18% supermutt. That is fantastic, and she is adorable.
Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

It's not that important but it's nice to have background to a dog if you can to know the characteristics , when I got missy I picked up a picture of her parents at that time , the bloodhound is her mother and the lab on the right is her father , the lab on the left is her uncle Name: Screenshot_20200616-222546_Gallery.jpg
