People get harassed and sued for being twats in the states all the time. There is a cottage legal industry for that. We turn out so many new attorneys each year that they have to find new and inventive ways to sue people and companies. It's kinda cute, once you look past how stupid and and annoying it is.
Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.
