    The new arrival, of course:

The new clasp is SO much nicer than the 'lump' on the Speedbird (amongst others):

They’re simple numerals, but they achieve a nostalgia factor of 10 for me.

Likewise. When my numbers come up - I'm getting one: Great view, no neighbours, and built to withstand the worst that Mother Nature can throw at it.

    Nice one.

Blued hands , hows the lume.
Assume same pale buttermilk dial as the AM , same, or similar case too.
    Domed glass, ace.
How's the strap. Easy push out spring bars should (hope) be a doddle.
From Eddie's post may not be listed for a few weeks. You're very , very lucky to get so quick. Congrats, stunner.

    Thanks.
I'm trying to rustle up some words and pictures for a thread; but in answer to your questions:
The lume is a little disappointing.
    No, and no.
    It's domed....just, but I wouldn't call it "Hi-dome".
Not tried the strap, and probably won't.... at least not on this watch. It's nice & soft & pliable, so should be very comfortable.

Oh. Thought the lume would be as the 36 , room lighter. Dome as the 29. Any chance of side pics. please. Signed crown nice touch, at last.
Funny how lume works on some and not others. Beijing brill. , one of the best imo , Poljot on some is too. Some Vostok last all night , not all. Seagull , why bother.
Looking forward to your review mate, cheers
