    Like:
Alpha, Breguet, Dauphine, Feuille, Obelisk (Maybe), Pencil, Spade, Stick, Syringe.

    Dislike:
All the rest (apart from the wacky high end ones on page 2 which I could never afford anyway)

Terminate with extreme prejudice: Tudor hour hands.

Less definitive dislikes are styles that designers make a lot of mistakes with, in this order: cathedral (nearly all), paddle (Blancpain), syringe (nearly all) then all the more niche styles like breguet, fleur de lys etc all can become very tacky very quickly. Most of the handset issues relate to proportionality to indices and whether the geometries are complimentary. There are a lot errors out there...

I totally agree a big no for me is the Tudor Snowflake hands.

How do you categorise these on CFR’s today picture ?!:

Seems like one of each of several styles listed in the article ?!

There’s Mercedes, a sort of Breguet, an Arrow and a pencil ?!

I don’t think I dislike any style. Sometimes, as with cathedral hands, it’s a matter of period context. I wouldn’t put them on a contemporary watch, but wouldn’t want them substituted for something else on watches such as the Tutima I posted.

I’m not over-keen on skeletonised hands, but that’s about it.

It's about context for me. On the right watch, any of the styles can work. I don't have a dislike for a particular hand, just ugly watches

Not a big fan of cathedral hands myself, although on a certain type of vintage watch they'd be OK, I guess (although not something I'd be interested in). I have most of the other types, which depending on the watch are all pretty much fine. I've also got some pretty unusual ones that I like:
