Yesterday was the start of Daylight Savings Time for those areas that observe it, it's also that time when you need to change batteries in your smoke sectors and check your hardwired ones to make sure they work!
Not something you want to forget.

I reminded my daughter only to have her say that she no longer has any clocks that don’t automatically update themselves.

Phone and laptop do it automatically... My microwave and car need doing, watch too of course.
