An interesting piece
This is not mine. An acquaintance of mine just picked this up at a "junk shop" where he lives
I can't make out the name but it's manufactured in Canton, Ohio. Any guesses on make and age?
It's not running, he thinks it's been overwound.
This fellow lives in the midwest, so there are quite a few pocket watches for sale in antique/used stores in his area. I believe he has about 20 pieces, now.

I'm no expert at all on pocket watches , I used my googlefu instead just from the info in the original picture given

looks around 1916 say size 12 probably a Dueber-Hampden Watch Company 305 maybe with out looking in to it dans your man for pw
when doing pocket watch I.D it good to have case / dial/ movement pics as with out them could be any mixed case jobbie .. can tell you with the extra detail to the plates it would have been the higher end of the range to go to the trouble of details .. look under the hair spring for more makes marks .

well sort of it a bit confusing with the dates as it was not hamdens till 1888 it was mozart first then Dueber which then bought hamdens but then became Dueber-Hampden Watch Company I do believe they even built a factory in Russia in the 30's I think

It's a 1906. Thanks everyone! I've passed on all the info and websites, he's very happy.
I'm trying to get him to come over here, we'll see.
