    On your mind

It's simple what watch or watches are on your mind lately? I'm talking about watches that could be possible future purchases down the road. Let's see them.

Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

It looks more like it's eyeing you.

And who wouldn't be thinking about the Dynamic and the DeBethune...

These four are constantly niggling away

The Rolex and the Tudor are most likely to happen, the Minute Repeater perhaps less so......

I suppose I should respond. The only thing I had on the radar (putting aside atypical flights of fancy like the Doxa) was the Lange sports watch (Odysseus). Having only seen pictures and videos so far, I am very much on the fence about it, mainly because of the way they've done the bracelet. But I will reserve final judgment until I actually see it and try it on.

My activity this year, after the first two months when I got the Oris and did the major trades for the Lange AC and Credor, has been limited to receiving watches ordered in 2017 (RGM) and 2018 (White Wolf). Really nothing else on the radar--although I've seen several pretty cool pieces like Michael's new green Rado, I haven't come across anything that would justify getting rid of a current piece.

Hope that Eddie gets a sub second sorted. Also hope that Vostok get their act together and do too. Pity Beijing are now off the beaton track

I’ve only been reflecting on the ones that I have - apart from an excursion to buy the Breitling Colt.

There’s no doubt that my Grand Seiko Spring Drive pleases me the most. I’m slightly shocked when something prompts me to remember the price of my JLC. It’s not a matter of ‘worth it’ or not, it’s just a big number.

I could lose my ‘oddity’ mission timer now that I have the Breitling, but only because I’d rather have four watches than five.

I’ve quite enjoyed being Rolex-free, but an older, smaller Explorer could still tempt me. And would I like a black Réserve de Marche?
