There actually is someone that deals only in old seikos and related service but can't think of the name for the life of me right now. If it comes to me I'll post it up.

If your thinking of Harold @ yobokies (seikoboy backwards) he doesn't do lume

Just took a UV light to it, it's not a lume triangle,just paint I'm gathering.

Can just make it out yeah. Is that 24hr track lumed? I'm going to guess not. At this point you could have it lumed or enamelled, it really is your choice unless you are going for an all original restoration or something. Heck maybe a red lumed triangle would look cool for something different. It's all your oyster William.
