Thread: SOTC

    SOTC

Sold off a bunch of stuff and picked up one nice piece and am kicking off 2020 with these 6 pieces (i have a few sentimental pieces i don’t really wear so we don’t count those). Think I’m done for a good long while.

    1. Nomos Zurich World Time
    2. Tudor Date Day
    3. Grand Seiko SBGR073
    4. Tudor Black Bay
    5. Rolex Explorer
    6. Rolex GMT Master II

Feel like it’s a pretty good lineup. Only other stuff i want is either prohibitively expensive and/or the waitlists are years long. For the first time since i started collecting i feel content with where I’m at.

    Happy New Year everyone

A watch for every mood, except perhaps for mucking about with a shovel in the garden. .
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Yeah, I could be happy with that as my collection.

    There’s no doubt about that.

I either own or have owned some variation of most of those. Fantastic super wearable set! What strap is on the Tudor Day/Date?
    Cheers,

It’s from a company called La Matera. They started off making Argentinian style belts. Now do wallets and watch straps as well. Funny enough, i won one of their belts by posting a photo of the Tudor on that strap.
