    Where the heck is ilitig8?

Anyone else miss that guy? He's absent from IWL and WUS!

I sent him a PM some time ago to see if that would bring him back, but nada. Hope he's doing okay.

Fair enough. Guess I could have answered my question myself.

I had also noticed his absence, but assumed he was posting at WUS. I hope everything is okay.

Maybe not so much if you are one? Maybe he's tied up in court (figuratiuvely, I don't think they do that for real).

Even a broken watch shows correct time once or twice a day. I ought to know, I have a few!

In the U.S., ~1% of civil cases go to trial.

Yeah, and it can suck hard. I was just at a hearing down near Banff for a Thursday and Friday. a week of fifteen hour a day prep and travel, followed by 2 twelve hour days in the hearing itself. It wouldn't have been as bad if it wasn't in the mountains, but knowing that you were stuck in some dusty, cramped, room arguing over a couple small factual points, while people enjoyed their vacations only a few short meters away, was brutal.

Perhaps as said, he's just busy with life .... litig8ing

Perhaps he's got an email (rather than PM) option at either place ?
