This one doesn't get the wrist time it deserves. Meetings today will go to 7 or 8, then a dinner. Should be home by 11 pm or so.

Yes, the B-47 was the epitome of modernity, a revolutionary bomber design that left behind lumbering multi-crewed behemoths for a swept-wing silver arrow flown from a tandem fighter-style cockpit. The Jimmy Stewart film is about bringing this aircraft into service, the change in mindset at SAC from slow-time planning, long checklists before takeoff, to rapid reaction mass takeoffs. Very atmospheric and highly recommended. Info & trailer at http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/strategic_air_command/

    Familiar shape?
Yes, the Boeing 747 and airliners of its era owe their wing shape and underslung engine pod configuration to the Stratojet (itself a Boeing)

So your watch says high tech, jet pilot cool. Enjoy wearing it!

Your watch shares a name with a vehicle. I showed another watch which shares it name with a vehicle. Sorry.

    Good morning
I'm going with the Hamilton Khaki Field chrono on a merlot leather DrunkArtstrap. I'm really digging this watch, it may actually stick around :-)
    Have a great day.
