    Another Casio that may fit the bill. i have other dial colors of this model (MDV-106) and they’re pretty solid for the money.

    OK, to sum up my experience with the blue thingy -- I confirmed with myself that it doesn't burn my wrist and I'll have no problem with wearing blue-dialled watches as long as I find the particular kind of blue attractive, well-balanced and fitting. It's a breakthrough discovery, as until recently I would automatically immediately discard everything that had a blue dial, regardless of any other factors.

    I actually looked at a blue Captain Cook earlier on the search -- I wouldn't mind a Rado but they were too divers-y for me without numerals and all.
