With being forced off at the mo. , as many , noticed more small/everyday things.
When looking down the garden in the morning , spring and all that , wood pigeons are getting 'friendly' , to say the least. What was a shocker ....sparrows .... six times , pornhub eat you heart out. Don't see many nowadays, used to be loads, not surprised , must be burned out....

So I have three sets of speakers in the studio—main monitors, a pair of high end consumer speakers used for fun listening and also as an alternate for final mixes, and a little inexpensive set of bookshelf monitors used to see how final mixes will sound on less-than-optimal speakers. Til now I’ve used the same amp for sets two and three, inconvenient since switching involved getting on the floor to switch them. My mixer can handle three sets with a push of a button, so I finally bought a separate amp for the little speakers. But hooking up anything new in here is not a trivial matter...
All done now, much more convenient!

A plane went over yesterday , east .
Two planes the day before , east.
All pretty high
Usual south , and lower , and a mix of crosses
Too dull today to tell.
Air must be getting clearer. Sand spots on car after overnight shower , prob. from the warm weekend, normal soon probs.

Hello, what’s this?
It’s a helicopter towing gliders. Where have they come from?
Germany.
Germany? Although closer inspection shows that the helicopter came from Germany, stopping to pick up the gliders in Luxembourg.
The helicopter releases the gliders and they land at Oxford.
Life goes on I guess, and it might be a good time for moving some gliders in unpopulated skies.
Anyway, that distracted me for an hour.
Hmm, someone dusting off the old Sealion plans?
Practice run to check responses?

Now you come to mention it, there was some strange RAF activity today - including the Queen’s plane.
But I think she lets them use it for other things.
