Went for a run this morning for the first time since the 5K at the end of February. That was possibly the last time i was around a group of people. My wife and I went for a little jog on Saturday morning as part of our walk and it felt pretty good even though I had the wrong shoes on. This morning I took out one of my new pair of New Balance for the first time for an nice easy pace. It felt really good, and even the shuffle of my play list was awesome. For the run I had my Apple Watch. I think for the rest of the day something from Rolex is on order. Thinking some Pepsi.
