    just a quick thread has any one heard off Carronade ?


    well saw a watch called Carronade don't know any thing about them so wonder if any of you guys/gals do sorry no pics available but looks like a the Rado Diostar I think
    ? so is it anything to do with them or just a look alike brand ?

    I've seen a nice bullhead Carronade. Had a Sicura stamped decent movement.

    so look a like brand then ? think I saw that to blue dial double sub-dial did look ok

    this is in a shabby condition and would need to be overhauled just thought if it was a lost sub brand of rado it might be fun as I have said I would get one at some point so thought it would be fun to fix it up but if it is just a copy brand don't know if it would be worth the trouble ?

    Bit more research.
    Turns out it was stamped Sicura but was actually a Valjoux 7734 movement.
