Missed a deal

I certainly didn't need it, but I missed a great deal on a car.
A couple of weeks ago, I came across a 2001 Lincoln Continental for sale.
While not as nice as my 2000, and with higher mileage, it would have been a good work car.

They were asking $2800 (a deal itself), and I passed. I didn't need a forth vehicle.
I just found out today that it sold for $1800!

I would most certainly have bought it for that. I would have given my TC to a neighbor to run in a demolition derby.

Oh well, another will come along.

I noticed that Lincoln has decided to bring the Continental back as its flagship sedan. And that Bentley took a stab at Ford saying they tried to copy the Flying spur.

If it comes back, it probably won't look like that. That's the concept car.

Just goes to show you that the sale price does not always equal the final price.
