Bacon?
Okay, could have sworn we had a bacon thread here somewhere, but after judicious use of the search function, I've come up empty (so apologies if this thread IS a duplicate, though really, thinking about it, doesn't bacon deserve more than one thread?).
So, who here, like me, absolutely LOVES bacon? Thick, thin, smoked, maple, etc. etc., I have never met bacon that I didn't love. Even planning on trying chocolate covered bacon (been hearing about it for years, know of at least one local source and several online, though I may just make it myself).
So, who's up for some bacon?
Regards, T Bone
Even a broken watch shows correct time once or twice a day. I ought to know, I have a few!

Yes.
There is so much more one could say, but when it comes to bacon, only a simple 'yes' is necessary.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

I really love bacon. I have it every Saturday and Sunday morning with a full English breakfast. It's salt and fat - just what your body craves. Add maple syrup flavour (I was against it at first but it works, sometimes) and with that sugar you have the 3 main food groups covered!
But I think I slightly prefer gammon and chorizo. Not that I know what makes gammon different but it's just so juicy. I had some English chorizo last night - it was SO much better than that Spanish shit! Actually that's not true at all but it was tasty.
I like a bacon sarnie with back and streaky bacon combined - I think you yanks call em something different? I have no preference to smoked or unsmoked - they often taste the same. This Christmas we are going to cook a whole ham.

I love the filipino take on it.
They call it Tocino. I think it is one of the things the Spanish left them with.
Ate it every morning in Cebu.
Tried making it here but somehow didn't taste as nice.

Bacon:
Canadian bacon (back bacon, peameal bacon)
Rashers:
Thats all just semantics though. I just call it all 'yes'.

I fear that bacon may not enhance US/Islamic relations...

2 rashers a day, every day.
Unless I run out of eggs and then it's 3-4 rashers in a sandwich.
There's nothing important to read here.
