    Not the only benefit:

    1. Quick change for bracelet/rubber/leather (all included) without tools
    2. Anti-magnetic
    3. Nifty micro adjustments for bracelet
    4. Much less prone to scratches

    I was wearing my Hamilton most of the day, then the G Shock for a mtn. bike ride, then switched to the Citizen this evening.

    1. I'd never change the bracelet ever
    2. All watches are!
    3. Fair, I don't miss it on mine though - fits perfect as is
