Got a proper haircut for the first time in months, and my local coffee roaster is open.

Keep your head up watch fam. Like my man Jocko Willink says, if you can say good, it's a good day.

cheers mate normal I got a handle on my lows and if it gets to much I just go quite till it passes , but as I am a carer for my elderly parents been even harder to keep it light when I am consistently having to check and recheck things because they just don't get it or forget to do certain things.. mean had them on lock down for fourteen weeks so far so they are getting a little cabin fever which makes it worse .. plus am still going out to do the shop so have to take extra precautions when I am back in as they are a high risk group so yeah can be a bit much at time but guess we all like that at the minute but it's like a busmans holiday as nothing change really ..just before if I wanted to go out I could but never bothered but when some one tells you not too then seems twice as bad
