The Eterna and Chr.WARD on the first page are virtually the same size face-on (40mm width and ~34.5mm crystal dia).
The Eterna is 10.05mm thin and the Chr.WARD is ~8.5mm thin.
Chr.WARD wears large and the Eterna wears smaller than the 40mm would suggest. Perceptive differences aside, this might be attributed to the full, chunky sides in the Chr.WARD and the slimmed out sides of the Eterna.
In comes the 38mm Hammy, also from the first page. Shy of 35mm crystal dia and shy of 11mm thin (or already thick for some).
The difference between the size of 38mm and 40mm is actually a 1mm-wide annulus. (The lugs can be ignored with those case shapes).
    That's a ~123sq mm area.
    That's a square of ~11.1mm side.
Yes, this is how I'm trying to figure if I can comfortably go with 40mm.
    No, I'm not drunk.

    Good luck in decision making.

The Ebel logo might be a crowd divider, though.

I agree with Fantasio and Tribe125, still think the Eterna is the best I've seen in this thread.
