My ever growing collection *MODEM BURNER*
Hey there fellow Russian watch addicts! 
I've been collecting Russian watches for about 4 years or so now, both vintage and modern. Most of my very large collection of watches are Russian in origin, although I do have several Chinese, Japanese, and other misc watches kicking around in my box. I'd like to take this opportunity to share with you what I have acquired over the last few years.

You have an amazingly eclectic collection with some extremely funky watches. I've always had a soft spot for the Big Zero and that Poljot Stadium could almost be a Rado it's so funky.
Congratulations, I hope there's more to come...

I see we have a few in common and some that I have almost had my hands on. as Scott says nice selection special the digital saw a few tried to fix a few but they was not my favourite. but got a few quartz Russians but mainly like the mech but still wonderful selection how many you got in total I got about 50 full working order and another ten to twenty I am fixing or using for parts for others

Thanks! There are probably a few I missed, there are also a few in the parts box, I'll get around to posting them once I can find the pics. I've always loved Rado, got really close to buying a Diastar once but backed out. I'm sure I'll get one eventually.

The digitals are a love/hate for me, they are quite funky/cool and they can be extremely accurate (the 5-202 and Leader 08 both run less than +/-1s/month), but there are some serious design problems with some of them. Things like camera flashes or metal detectors make them die (blank screen usually) and an AC reset is required to get them back to life. Sometimes they just display strange digits on the screen out of nowhere, that also requires an AC reset. Their also tough on batteries, the "Leader 10" only gets about 2 months on a fresh battery if the hourly signal is enabled; the 5-202 is the only one I haven't had to replace the batteries (there are two of them in there) in the last year.
Thanks for looking guys, new acquisitions will likely end up in here. I'm trying to cut-back but I've said that before

lol hell who told you to cut back there no need to do anything that crazy 
and for what a ruskie cost its a couple of less beers buy's you one to me they are just good cheap fun and am always on a look out for new one to enter my collection

Missing manual.
Hi, GuessWho!
I've been reading 'Russian Watches' all night.
Very nice collection!
Couple of things:
Here it says 'Albatross', but you prob know it.
And this is Polyot Chronograph XXV Olympic Games Barselona (different bezel, though)
As for the battery life, that was the problem with Soviet quartzs - watches were OK, but batteries hard to find!
