    Toppers Grand Seiko Announcement

The Russ and Rob Caplan have given IWL the privilege of announcing that Topper Fine Jewelers in Burlingame California in now officially an Authorized Grand Seiko dealer. Inventory will be arriving in the store in the next few days. I'm very excited to see Grand Seiko coming to Toppers. Hopefully soon we will see some of Rob's excellent reviews of various Grand Seiko models.

If you call, please tell them you saw the announcement on IWL.

Great news! I've bought my Zenith El Primero, my Speedy FOIS, and my GO from Rob, he's the best.

Dangerous, as they are only 20 miles away from here. I have been there once and I know I shouldn't return too often, it could be a very expensive visit.

Distance is irrelevant - I'm about 5,000 miles away; but didn't stop me getting my LLD from them.

.... which reminds me: I must pull my finger out & get the Maratac fitted to it

Very cool news! No matter how cool they look in photos, Grand Seikos are so much impressive in person. If I was in NoCal I'd be planning a trip (and bringing my drool bib).

Really? Swiss watch shipped to U.K. from a California AD? They must have sumpin' goin' on. Yeah, I was able to try on a GO Senator '60s and happily realized it seemed a bit big. Well, OK actually I loved it but I had to tell myself something...
