    Very nice! Much more comfy now, isn't it? Were the springbars rusty on yours? My strap came with springbars but they were a bit rusty. The strap itself was flawless however and I simply used the original springbars of the watch.

    The answer is yes to all the above!

    Much more comfortable. The strap feels like it was made for the DW-291! Yup, the springbars that came with the strap were a bit rusty. Like you, I just used the springbars that came with the watch.

    The black and gold 291 is in the City at the moment. I have a strap for it as well, in case I want to change that one too.

    I keep meaning to ask: How did you figure out that the AW-80 strap would be such a perfect fit?

    I already used that strap on an AQ-S800 and an AE-1300WH and it worked every time. And 18mm is standard for most of the cheaper Casio models. So I thought, I'll just give it a try.
