    How the hell did they NOT spot this loophole!!!

    Surely a basic "show me your passport" would have been enough to scupper this scam?!?

    That does seem like a pretty big error

    think it's need looking in to...... but do wonder how bad it is because it not like a paper to blow out of proportion is it


    how these cards are give out and how the system is run and checked most deffo should be looked in to

    The program probably started out with that 'loophole'

    Then someone piped up and said "you can't ask someone for identification when handing out a cards to them, it is discriminatory!"

    "Ok, let's just ask them and hope they tell us the truth"

    et voila




    no different than voting voting in elections in a lot of states in the US..

    too be honest nowadays I check the metro on the bus then give up on buying a paper as they depress me too much with the hatred rampant in this world had to much of it in my lifetime in the past to want to read about it now
