Day 15 of my retrograde collection reflection. May 2017 I finally picked up the Tudor Black Bay ETA I had been looking at for several years. I waited to see what the in-house version would be like, and when I learned it was thicker and heavier, and a lot more expensive, I tracked used prices on the ETA until a really good one showed up. Of course, it went on a iyonk. So far it's the most expensive watch in my rather affordable hoard, and one that I plan to keep (although the BB58 would probably fit me better, I love the burgundy red bezel on this one.)

Too many watches, not enough wrists.

    Happy MLK day people!

A million thanks again to @Samanator for hooking me up - embarrassingly generous.

I wear one of two Victorinox in the kitchen 5 or 6 days a week. They are the only watches I have that earn their keep. Robust, easy to clean, and easy to read. I recommend them to anyone who has a need for a work watch that is going to be beat up.
