This watch, is one of the main reasons why I am still hesitant to pick up the polar. I know, they are miles apart in terms of fit and finish. I just wanted variety in my collection.

Third of my three vintage Glashuttes, this one a cal. 69.1 hand crank from the late '60s with my favorite deco dial. I searched for years for a cal. 70.1 no-date with similar dial but the only ones I found were really beat up. I can't afford a GO Senator Sixties, so I decided to go for the original "original".

Too many watches, not enough wrists.
