    Those are very cool indeed. But 35 bucks for a Nato. Eeek

    the "look" my be (somehow) that of a Zulu-strap, but the material is not. they are made of doublesided, stitched handwaxed cotton. And the patterns arent exactly the ones you get on any Nato/Zulu

    Like the look of them. Don't own one, but have read that they don't keep very well. The material will fray quite fast if you don't baby them

    All true, and I can certainly see that they have a place. I'm just not sure I'd part with that much cash for one...

    Hm, this has got me thinking. If we eschew the usual hardiness of watch straps and go for something colourful and ephemeral instead..
    Lots of crazy ribbons, bias bindings and ricrac out there
    I feel a trip to the Rag Market coming on (can't sew, but there's always glue :-)

    Well that has got to be one of the craziest statements I've ever read on this forum. I'm quite certain many strapmakers would love to make straps as cool looking as yours, Iyonk!
