    My mom used to keep her Christmas trees until April. They actually grew every year.

    Since my dad retired they are snowbirds now, so a few days after Christmas and the tree is put out for birds to play in and they are long gone to the beach and golf.

    Also, it’s my 27th anniversary! Sadly, the wife is working today so we’re taking our ski trip next weekend. We were married at Lake Tahoe so skiing is our present to each other.
