Thank you Chuck. Yes 21,600 A/h. The FHF was built to have a beat rate of 18,000. but when AN rebuilt and ungraded them in 2011 one of numerous changes they made was upping the beat rate and thus dropping the power reserve to 34 hours from the original 39. This is a nice little watch.

I think that particular version of the XL isa little bit nicer than a beater, though I am sure it serves admirably in that purpose.

In all honesty, the beauty of Diastars is that they can all be beaters without suffering too much.
